Payment Information

Pallas Supply provides a secure and checkout process for all orders. We accept a variety of payment methods to accommodate the needs of every customer.

After you checkout, you can either manually send your etransfer to the provided email address following the info provided, or wait for the invoice that will follow shortly after. The invoice will contain both crypto/manual etransfer instructions, as well as a secure link if you would prefer a card payment.

All orders will receive a confirmation of payment, and at that time the processing will begin. We strive to get all orders out as soon as possible, but please be patient if you place an order in the middle of the night, and note that mail can only be dropped off at the post office on weekdays.

Etransfers: please include only your invoice number in the "Notes" section when creating the transfer within your banking app or website, as well as the security question we provide..

Shipping Policy

Free shipping will be automatically applied to all orders $200 and over.

We utilize discrete packaging solutions. We are currently shipping using Canada Post Flat Rate boxes at a price of $20. As long as your order can fit within a 9" x 6" x 3" box and weighs less than 11 lbs, this fee will cover your package.

Canada Post delivery standards states shipping typically arrives within 2 to 8 business days (we find most are closer to 2-4 )

Tracking is included and number will be forwarded once package has shipped.

Return Policy

We want you to have the best experience, but please note that all sales are final. To maintain the integrity of our inventory, we’re unable to accept returns. To ensure you’re getting the best, every product is independently lab-tested, and a purchase counts as your acknowledgement of those results. If something isn’t right or you’re unhappy with your purchase, please email us—we’re here to help however we can.

1. Scope of Agreement and Eligibility

By accessing this website and purchasing products from Pallas Supply, you (the "Buyer") represent that you are a resident of Canada and at least 21 years of age (or the age of majority in your province/territory). These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of your residence and the federal laws of Canada.

2. Research Use Only (RUO) Strictly Enforced

All products sold by Pallas Supply are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes. No Human Consumption: Products are not for use as food, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, or any other human or veterinary application.

Prohibited Use: Buyer acknowledges that these products have not been tested by Health Canada for safety or efficacy in food, drug, or any other application.

Professional Standards: Buyer represents that they are a qualified researcher or laboratory professional with the necessary equipment and safety protocols to handle these substances.

3. Compliance with Canadian Law

Food and Drugs Act: Buyer acknowledges that the sale of these products for human consumption would violate the Canadian Food and Drugs Act. Any indication of intent to use these products for human consumption will result in the immediate cancellation of the order and a permanent ban from Pallas Supply services.

Controlled Substances: Pallas Supply does not sell any substances regulated under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA). It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure the requested research peptide is not restricted in their specific jurisdiction.

4. No Professional Advice or Health Claims

Nothing contained on the Pallas Supply website—including product descriptions, lab results, or blog posts—should be construed as medical advice or a recommendation for use. The information provided is for educational purposes regarding the chemical properties of the compounds only.

5. Independent Lab Testing & Empirical Data Verification:

Product quality is verified via third-party laboratory testing to ensure high purity standards.

Acknowledgement: By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Certificate of Analysis (COA) or testing data provided on each product page and accept these empirical results as the standard of quality for your order.

6. "All Sales Final" & Shipping Policy

Final Sale: Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory reagents and the risk of cross-contamination, all sales from Pallas Supply are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Domestic Shipping: We ship exclusively within Canada. Pallas Supply is not responsible for packages seized, delayed, or damaged by third-party carriers, though we will assist in tracking and claims where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability & IndemnificationTo the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Pallas Supply shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pallas Supply from any legal claims, injuries, or liabilities arising from the Buyer's handling, storage, or experimental use of the products.
